Manual or Micromotor FUE

FUE stands for Follicular Unit Extraction. In the FUE method, hair root groups are detached one by one, using a hollow needle (about 0.65 mm to 1.0 mm in diameter) in the area of the hair ring and then removed. There is no significant bleeding since no scalpel is used.

Transplant Procedure

The preliminary talk: In a first consultation, your hair situation is carefully examined. You will be informed about which techniques are used, how the operation works, and what results are expected.
The removal: First, the sampling point is locally stunned. Thereafter, the hair follicle groups consisting of 1-4 hairs are removed with a thin hollow needle. This happens completely painlessly. Because of the fine technique, the wound heals quickly. After removal and control, the hair roots are transplanted directly into the bald spots. This creates an extremely natural result.
The insertion of the hair: Small hollow needles and/or thin micro knife implantation channels are created in the area to be operated. Subsequently, the follicular units are transplanted piece by piece into the created canals using special tweezers. Upon completion of the transplant, the whole area is checked for completeness and correct placement of the grafts.
After the operation: After a quality check and evaluation of the result, the hair can be carefully styled.

After the operation, you will receive a detailed description of how to care for your hair. After wound healing phase, the implanted hair roots produce new, healthy and strong hair in three months, which are preserved lifelong.
Control: A follow-up appointment will be arranged in which the result of the procedure is discussed together. This usually happens after 8-12 months. Meanwhile, questions or uncertainties at any time can be done on a smartphone (video call), by e-mail, or in person.

Eyelash transplant is performed in an outpatient setting and takes several hours to complete. The grafts are then threaded one by one into the upper eyelid by a curved needle and trimmed to their appropriate length. The new eyelashes are properly angled so that they grow naturally, creating beautifully shaped lashes that last a lifetime.

The transplanted hairs will fall out at around two to three weeks, then they start to regrow at four months. During the second and third week, the eyebrows look quite nice, given that the hairs have not yet fallen out. Over the next six months, the eyebrows will typically get denser and denser. Sınce donor hairs commonly come from the scalp, they require trimming perhaps every 10 to 14 days, and maybe a bit of grooming is required as well.
